Ted Young has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Dorian LPG Ltd. since July 2013 and was head of corporate development for Eagle Ocean Transport LLC, a predecessor firm from 2011 to 2013. From 1997 to 2011, Mr. Young worked in private equity at Irving Place Capital and Harvest Partners, where he focused on industrial investments. Prior to his career in private equity, Mr. Young was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and Co. and SBC Warburg Dillon Read and its predecessors in New York, Zurich, and London. He also serves as chairman of College Steps, a not for profit organization that empowers students living with learning and social challenges to pursue post-secondary education, and he is a member of the finance committee for USA Wrestling, the national governing body for amateur wrestling in the United States. Mr. Young holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a major in accounting.
