Hugh is an Economics Director at Ofcom.

His current responsibilities are largely in mobile telecoms and post.

He has spent many years working on different competition and regulatory policy issues and at a number of employers, including the CMA/OFT, PSR, CCPC, Royal Mail, and RBB Economics.

In that time he has worked on numerous cases involving vertical restraints, including those relating RPM and retail MFNs.

Hugh has published papers on a variety of competition policy issues, including on vertical restraints.
