Shula leads DuckDuckGo's European competition policy, regulatory and compliance work.

Her role as Associate General Counsel lies at the intersections of technology, policy, privacy and regulation.

Prior to joining DuckDuckGo, Shula was Director of Regulatory Affairs, EMEA at Lime.

Shula was also Senior Legal Counsel at both Uber and before that, at Addison Lee Group, where she helped develop an automated mobility service using autonomous technology as well as leading GDPR compliance.
