Kier Liddell is a Director in the Barclays legal department managing a team that provides competition legal support to the corporate and investment banking businesses globally.

Kier’s experience at Barclays covers a broad range of matters including advice on anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, market studies, merger control and litigation. He also leads on governance, active risk management and training programmes. Prior to joining Barclays he was a senior associate with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
