Stuart is a Partner in the competition law and FDI team at Arntzen Grette and is based in Oslo, Norway. Stuart is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales and as a lawyer in Norway, and has worked in London, Brussels and Oslo during his 15 years as a practitioner. Stuart has significant expertise in large and complex competition law matters, in particular multi-jurisdictional merger control and investigations. He is widely recognised as one Norway's leading competition and FDI lawyers, and is ranked by Chambers, Legal 500 and the Lexology Index. Stuart is also a member of the Committee for International Lawyers of the Norwegian Bar Association.
