How can I join?
It's easy! To join Club Connect, just click here to sign up for an account at and you’ll be registered. Once you have signed up, an account confirmation will be sent to the email address that was used to create this account.
If I’ve attended an event as a hosted buyer, do I need to sign up?
If you've registered to attend a Connect event after May 2023, you will automatically be signed up for Club Connect.
How do I move to a higher membership level?
To move to a higher membership level, you just need to earn Connection Points! Each level has a specific number of Connection Points you must earn in order to move up. To see the full list of point-earning opportunities simply log into the platform.
Do my points expire?
Yes, after 12 months your points will expire. Your membership status will update according to your new point balance.
How can I redeem my points?
You will automatically qualify to receive perks for the tier level you achieve up to one month before the start of the show. Any points you collect after this cut-off will be applied to perks at the following show. For instance, if you are registered to attend Connect Marketplace 2024, you must collect 600 points by July 27th to secure your Club Connect status. Points earned after July 27th will count towards your tier status for future Connect events.
When will I receive my points for referring a Hosted Buyer?
You will receive points after the referred buyer is qualified and approved by a member of the Hosted Buyer Experience team to attend a Connect event.
When will I receive my points for registering for a Connect event?
You will receive points after attending the Connect event that you registered for. Points are only granted to those members who register for a Connect event through Club Connect and attend the event.
