Connecting Cancer - FAQs
#1 How much does it cost to use the Connecting Cancer partnering platform?
It is complimentary to sign up for a Connecting Cancer partnering account. Register here to get your partnering account activation email.
#2 Do I have to be registered for an event during that time in order to participate?
No, you do not need to be registered for an event in order to gain access to the platform. Connecting Cancer is available to anyone in the industry who could benefit from joining a worldwide community of oncology professionals, patient advocates and industry experts. The goal is to facilitate meetings for people in Chicago from June 2–6, 2023.
#3 Can I invite a colleague or a partner to join?
Yes, please share the registration page with anyone who could benefit from joining Connecting Cancer.
#4 Will partneringONE/EBD Group provide meeting locations?
No, locations will not be provided and cannot be purchased through Connecting Cancer. Instead, you define your preferred location, and agree where to meet with your prospective partners, putting you in charge of where you meet.
#5 How does Connecting Cancer differ from other EBD events I have attended in the past?
Connecting Cancer is not an event. Instead, it is solely the use of EBD Group’s partneringONE software to help oncology professionals pre-arrange meetings in Chicago from June 2–6, 2023. Being that a venue will not be provided, we have developed a tool within partneringONE to allow users to propose their own meeting locations around the city.
#6 When can I begin searching for other people/companies in the system?
Partnering opens on May 5, 2023. On that date, you will be able to set your availability, search and send meetings requests. Be sure to have a great profile so others can find you.
