Chris is a Partner in Clyde & Co’s Global Energy & Construction Group, based in the London office. He has extensive experience of advising owners/developers, contractors and consultants in relation to major infrastructure and energy projects globally and on all forms of dispute resolution, including international arbitration under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL Rules, major litigation in the Technology and Construction Court in England and Wales, statutory and contractual adjudication and alternative dispute resolution under the main standard form (FIDIC, NEC and JCT) and bespoke construction contracts and ancillary documentation.
