Jane has substantial experience of construction arbitrations in Africa, acting as legal advisor, counsel or arbitrator in countries including Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan, Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, Benin, Nigeria, Angola and Egypt etc. Within Tanzania, Jane has acted as counsel for TANROADS, the Ministry of Works, MCA-T and the Tanzanian Broadcasting Corporation. Across the rest of Africa, Jane typically represents international contractors and energy companies.
