Kevin Touhey is a senior associate in White & Case’s Dispute Resolution and Construction & Engineering groups, based in London. His practice covers all forms of dispute resolution, but focuses on international arbitration of construction disputes in the context of complex engineering, energy and infrastructure projects all over the world. He has particular experience of arbitrations conducted under the ICC and LCIA rules.

Kevin has contributed to some of the leading texts on construction law (Keating on Construction Contracts and Keating on JCT Contracts), and authored or co-authored a number of papers on the subject. He was recently awarded this year’s Society of Construction Law Hudson Prize.
