I was born and raised in Trento, northern Italy, I completed my studies in law in Italy, Germany, France and the United States and graduated in 2005 with a dissertation in comparative constitutional law. In 2011 I earned a double-degree PhD in comparative law at Trento and Regensburg Universities. In 2022 I earned an MBA from Purdue University, USA and TIAS Business School, Netherlands. I have published several works in public law. I completed my attorney apprenticeship in Italy and Germany and entered the Italian bar in 2011. After 3 years at a law firm, in 2008 I started to work in corporate and have worked in construction business ever since, being public procurement officer and in-house counsel for awarding authorities and private sector companies. I’ve worked in Italy, Austria, United States and Denmark, where I currently live, and I have been assisting projects and areas located in North America, Peru, Colombia, Uruguay, Chile, France, German speaking countries, the Balkans, Middle East, East Africa and the Nordics. I speak 5 languages and I am married with Laura, Latvian and I am father of 3, who were born in Italy, United States and Denmark. I am member of the Italian association of In-house counsels, the International Construction Law Association, the Italian association of Journalists, the Rotary International, and the Italian Alpine Club. I love reading and mountaineering, I enjoy good food and wine
