Rebecca acts for a wide range of domestic and international clients across a variety of industry sectors, including commercial construction, large-scale residential developments, energy process plants and civil infrastructure projects. Having experience in all forms of dispute resolution, Rebecca’s practice has focused on international arbitration, litigation and adjudication.

Rebecca has acted for clients in arbitrations utilising the ICC and SIAC rules, and has experience with the major standard forms of contract including JCT, NEC and FIDIC, as well as bespoke contracts, including EPC forms of contracts, used in domestic and international projects.

Rebecca is a New Zealand qualified solicitor.
