Rupert is a partner in the Construction and Engineering practice of Hogan Lovells International LLP based in London. He has advised on legal issues arising from infrastructure projects for over 20 years, in many different sectors and jurisdictions. Between 1998 and 2008, he was based in the firm's Hong Kong office advising on projects in Asia. He has represented clients in litigation, and arbitration and many other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
