Fergus Hamilton Collard is a Policy Manager in the Legal, Conduct Risk & Financial team at the BSA. He is responsible for a broad range of policy areas, including competitiveness, enforcement, Consumer Duty, non-financial misconduct, financial crime, and vulnerable customers. Prior to joining the BSA, Fergus was a manager in the Commercial Finance policy team at UK Finance, where he worked on regulatory policy. Earlier in his career, Fergus worked as a political consultant, specialising in banking and financial services.
