As a 20+ year veteran of the convenience industry I have had the opportunity to work in various departments focused on all aspects of our business with stops in operations, engineering, IT and Marketing.

I am currently the Director of Marketing at Tri Star Energy in Nashville TN. We oversee several c-store brands including Twice Daily, Sudden Service, Southern Traders, Little General and our premiere coffee brand White Bison.

I am a NACS Scholarship winner, two years in a row and have spent my entire career devoted to learning more about our customers, our team members and how to push the narrative away from “gas station food” to a high quality food destination that happens to sell food.

The team I lead focuses heavily on getting our guests in the door, getting them to add another impulse item to their basket and through loyalty learning what will help motivate them to keep coming back and being as loyal to us as we are to them.
