Allison DeLaurentis is a partner in the Health Care and Life Sciences Enforcement group at Goodwin. Allison has deep expertise representing pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, healthcare providers, and individuals in federal criminal, civil, and state attorneys general investigations and enforcement actions. Her expertise includes defending life sciences companies and healthcare companies in investigations and litigation involving fraud and abuse – particularly the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Stark Law.
