Bob Lahman is President of Three Boxer Consulting, Inc. in Mission Viejo, CA, which specializes in providing consulting services in such areas as managed markets business and supply chain process.

Mr. Lahman completed a biology degree at California State University, Fresno in Fresno, CA. He then went on to work at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals for over 28 years taking on such roles as Vice President, Healthcare Systems Sales, and Area Business Director. In 2008 he became Senior Vice President, Industry Relations, for OptumRx, a position he held for over 10 years.

At OptumRx, Bob had responsibilities for formulary management, rebates, and specialty contracting, as well as procurement for OptumRx mail and specialty pharmacies. Bob retired from OptumRx in 2018.

He now utilizes his 40+ years of accumulated expertise to help healthcare industry clients meet their business objectives and improve their knowledge of the marketplace. He is specialized in pharmacy benefits management, supply chain dynamics, managed markets, payer strategy, pricing strategy, rebate negotiation and contracting, value-based contracting, the biosimilar marketplace, distribution agreement negotiations, and product launch dynamics.
