Christina O. Hud is Senior Compliance Counsel, Global Investigations at Pfizer’s global headquarters in New York.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. Hud was an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, one of the largest and leading districts in the country in health care enforcement. She held various positions during her government tenure, including serving as Health Care Senior Trial Counsel, the Acting Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit, and the Attorney eLitigation Coordinator. In addition to her leadership positions, Ms. Hud personally led 100+ federal investigations, complex fraud trials, and corporate fraud resolutions as a federal health care prosecutor.

Prior to joining the DOJ, Ms. Hud was a senior associate in the White Collar Investigations & Litigation Practice Group of a national law firm in Philadelphia. While at the Firm, Ms. Hud worked internally within the legal and compliance departments of a global medical device company client. In this position, Ms. Hud drafted company policies, trained employees on effective compliance, and advised company leadership on legal and compliance issues.

Ms. Hud is a former federal law clerk, having completed federal clerkships in the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
