Connie Frangakis is a people-centric leader with over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, predominantly within patient services. Her breadth of experience includes case management, CRM system creation, vendor management, and operations.

Throughout her career, she has led large-scale operations and championed programs that improve patient access and continuity of care. She is a fierce collaborator, which makes her a trusted partner both internally and externally.

In her current role as Associate Director of Operations at Kyowa Kirin, she oversees Training, Operations, and Vendor Management. She is responsible for creating strategic initiatives that deliver exceptional patient experiences and enable team efficiency.
