Jessica is currently the Head of Market Access & Trade Relations for the U.S. at Viatris and has been in this role since Q1 2025. For the prior 3 years she led both Patient Services and Managed Care Marketing for the Eye Care Division (ECD), launching Tyrvaya. Prior to joining Viatris/Oyster Point, Jess was with Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where she built & led the Field Reimbursement Marketing Team, supporting all FRM Teams across the Novartis organization. Before Novartis, Jess was a member of the Xiidra Access Marketing Team at Shire and played an integral part of the strategy & implementation for patient access & affordability. She began her career in BioTech at Genentech, where she held roles in marketing, sales & their Access Solutions patient support center. Jess supported 7 launches during her tenure there across oncology, ophthalmics & rheumatology.
