Kathy-Jo Hayden serves as Counsel for Novartis Patient Support and Market Access at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. She provides strategic legal guidance across patient program design, implementation, compliance oversight, commercial contracting, and patient assistance initiatives. She also sits on the board of the Novartis Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc.

Kathy-Jo previously provided legal counsel to integrated product strategy teams throughout the product lifecycle. Her earlier roles at Novartis spanned Public Affairs, Public Policy, and Government Affairs, where she led efforts on product reimbursement, coding and coverage for priority brands; patient savings program policy; and Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B.Prior to Novartis, she held policy roles at Roche and PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in public policy and health economics.
