Radha is currently an Associate Director of Market Access Strategy & Marketing at Alkermes, responsible for the Market Access Strategy & Marketing for LYBALVI including Reimbursement Strategy, Payer Marketing, Co-pay Savings and Access Support Programs. In her current role, she led the pre-launch strategic development and implementation for the co-pay program providing access to branded drugs to commercial patients with Schizophrenia and Bipolar I. Prior to joining Alkermes, she has been the Marketing Director at Avedro Inc. (now Glaukos Inc.) where she launched the first in class approved treatment for a rare progressive eye disease.

Radha was born and raised in Mauritius and holds a BA from Whittier College and a Masters degree from Tufts University.
