Your Booth

Included in your booth:
Each exhibit will be an 8' x 10' booth space for a tabletop exhibit. Included in the booth space is a 6’ table, 2 chairs and wastebasket.

A backwall popup display under 10'x10' is allowed, or other self-provided graphics like pull-up banners – though all must be placed behind the booth and not on the sides of the table. With the hotel’s limited storage space, all spare boxes/cases must be stored under or behind the table.

Not Included in your booth:

Shipping & Handling Fees

Sending shipments to the hotel has no additional cost, they can be received at the loading dock or Front Desk. If you need the hotel to move your shipments to the meeting space, the cost is $5 per box up to 50lbs or $100 per pallet. If you move the boxes on your own there is no charge.


Post-Event Pickup Information

To ship boxes/materials back, you will need to schedule a pickup with your preferred courier and label every box accordingly. If you deliver your boxes to the loading dock or the Front Desk on your own there is no cost. If you need the Hilton to move them, it is $5 per box up to 50lbs or $100 per pallet.
