All NON-Perishable items, including but not limited to, Tech stand collateral, Food Sampling dry goods, product integration dry goods, room drops, etc., should be sent to our partner, Gulf Coast. Please note: The Terranea Resort will NOT accept any packages pre-event.

Once your items are shipped, please make sure to fill out the Shipment tracking form (link wufu form) to include the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Contents of Package
  • Number of Boxes
  • Carrier
  • Tracking Number
  • Ship Date
  • Estimated Arrival Date


This information is critical to ensure we can track and confirm receipt of your items before the event.
