Once your items are shipped, please make sure to fill out the shipment tracking form to include the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Contents of Package
  • Number of Boxes
  • Carrier
  • Tracking Number
  • Ship Date
  • Estimated Arrival Date


This information is critical to ensure we can track and confirm receipt of your items before the event.
