Aaron Noveshen is a highly accomplished chef, restaurant entrepreneur, and industry thought leader in food and beverage innovation. He is the Founder & CEO of Starbird, the nation’s first super-premium fast food restaurant, pioneering a new era of high-quality, convenient dining. Since its inception in 2016, Starbird has expanded to 18 locations, including brick-and-mortar restaurants, airport venues, and stadiums, while securing multi-unit franchise agreements in Washington State, Utah, Colorado, and Illinois.
A graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Aaron has built a distinguished career at the intersection of culinary excellence, brand innovation, and business strategy. Previously, he was the Founder of The Culinary Edge, a premier food and beverage consultancy, which he sold in 2024 to Acosta and Core Foodservice. He now serves as an industry advisor and remains deeply involved in shaping the future of foodservice.
Aaron is also the Co-Founder and Board Member of Pacific Catch, a West Coast fish house focused on sustainable seafood. His contributions to the industry have earned him recognition, including Starbird being named a Top 25 Fast Casual Brand in the U.S. With a relentless drive for innovation, Aaron continues to push the boundaries of menu development, technology, and brand growth, making a lasting impact on the modern food landscape.
