Anne Chiao is the Chief Technology Officer at Friedman's Hospitality Group, representing 35 restaurants across more than a dozen of Manhattan's favorite concepts including Friedman's, Kossar's Bagels & Bialys, & Pastrami Queen. With over 10 years of experience in technology and leadership roles in the restaurant space, Anne has become a key driver of the company's digital transformation and footprint growth.

As CTO, Anne leads Friedman's tech strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of new platform technologies that drive the group's growth, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience. Her work spanning across Finance, Marketing, & Sales has helped the company scale its operations while maintaining a strong focus on consistency and profitability.

Before joining Friedman's, Anne held several positions at Grubhub, where she built and managed Sales teams, partnered with Hellmann's Food Relief Fund & World Central Kitchen to provide tens of thousands of free meals to healthcare workers at NYC hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic, and optimized online ordering profiles and revenue for thousands of restaurants across the US. She sits on the Food Service Women's Alliance Job Board advancing other women within the industry.
