Chef Jason Miller brings over 30 years of culinary expertise to his role as Director of Culinary Innovation & Development at Melting Pot. He oversees the development and evolution of the brand’s menu, leads culinary innovation, and orchestrates promotional events across more than 90 locations nationwide.
A native New Yorker, Chef Jason launched his career in fine dining and hospitality, including a decade-long collaboration with acclaimed Chef David Burke. He went on to hold senior culinary leadership roles at esteemed establishments such as The Capital Grille, BR Guest Hospitality, and Smith & Wollensky. His diverse experience also includes serving as Executive Chef at luxury hotels and working as a personal chef for a Grammy-winning international actor and singer.
For more than a decade at Melting Pot, Chef Jason’s commitment to bold flavors, guest-centric dining, and inventive cuisine has been instrumental in shaping the brand’s culinary identity and delighting guests across the country.
