Kasper is the Co-Founder and Head of Information Technology at Pokeworks, where he has built and scaled the company’s technology stack from the ground up. He oversees all major technology initiatives, guiding how digital tools support both operations and guest experiences. With a career spanning restaurant operations and software engineering—including leadership at Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot USA and Cisco Systems—Kasper brings a unique perspective at the intersection of food and technology. He holds a Computer Science degree from UC San Diego and an MBA from USC.
