Nicholas Pihakis

Born and raised in Birmingham Alabama, Nicholas attended high school at Indian Springs—a legacy school where his mother Suzanne was in the first class of women attendees. Pihakis went on to attend Birmingham Southern College where he studied business and played soccer. A Pihakis Restaurant Group Partner from day one, Nicholas has worked in almost every department from restaurant operations, IT, accounting and finance. He lives on a farm in Leeds, Alabama with his fiance Jennifer, where they care for four horses, two donkeys, their dog Charles, a whole litany of cats, several bee hives, gardens, and a cabin that has been in his family for three generations. Nicholas loves his job—bringing some amount of joy into the world through the food we serve our community and the friends and family we connect with every day. When not at work, Nicholas enjoys playing guitar, listening to music on the vintage gear he has collected, reading, running, food and drink and making specialty coffee.
