Rafael is Chief Creative Officer and Partner at Livit, the world’s largest company specializing in the creation of scalable F&B concepts. For the past 12 years, he has supported the multidisciplinary team and its 360º process, ensuring the best outcomes for those who have placed their trust in Livit. He has overseen the development of hundreds of projects that have resulted in thousands of openings across a wide variety of concepts, categories, typologies, and market segments. These range from highly efficient, replicable concepts, to unique, deeply experiential ones, and even hybrid models that capture the best of both worlds.

Born and raised between the United States and Guatemala with his family, Rafael later decided to move to Europe—an experience that allowed him to continue his professional growth and become a true Citizen of the World. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to the design and development of concepts, with the last decade focused on Business Development in the restaurant and hospitality sector with Livit. His work centers on holistically creating successful, sustainable brands and guest experiences.
