Robin Blanchette is the Founder and CEO of Houston-based Norton Creative, a full-service advertising agency in hospitality that blends creativity with business strategy to deliver results with a bite. After a 20-year career in corporate advertising and marketing, including a transformative role serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Ignite Restaurant Group, Robin founded Norton Creative in 2014 to fit an untapped need in the market: helping restaurant brands drive growth through smart, results-focused design. Today she leads a dynamic team that has done gold standard work with brands like Golden Corral, Buffalo Wild Wings, Fogo de Chão, and HTeaO on projects spanning brand identity, digital strategy and media, advertising - and, most notably, menu engineering that combines data with design to boost sales and profitability.
Outside of the day-to-day, Robin is passionate about personal service to the hospitality community. She has served on marketing advisory boards for Share Our Strength/No Kid Hungry, GLEAM Network and Women’s Foodservice Forum.
