Creating Impact Through Total Rewards
To remain agile in today’s workplace, you must formulate a Total Rewards strategy that meets the goals of your organisation and the needs of your employees. Market Pricing & Competitive Pay Analysis
This course explores how an organisation’s business and compensation strategy are influenced by its decisions on how to position pay relative to the market in which it operates. Understanding and defining the “market” in which an organisation competes helps assess external competition and informs the compensation programmes that attract and retain skilled professionals. This course builds on the legacy course material with updates to reflect the influence of automation, evolving market pricing sources, and modernised job examples and descriptions.

- Course Material – Access to the WorldatWork course material is valid for 120 days from the date of purchase. Access will expire after this time frame
- Laptops – You are required to bring your laptop loadedwith MS Excel
- Examination Validity – The WorldatWork exam expires after120 days from the date of registration
- Completion Timeframe – You are encouraged to complete all courses within 2 years
