Ariadna has developed her entire professional career in the maritime sector. After spending the first half of her career working for shipping companies in the field of CSR and sustainable development, her urge to explore and her passion for travel led her to spend 6 years as an Officer on board British ships.

She is also the founder of Sea Wellbeing, a company created BY and FOR seafarers with the aim to support crew members in their personal and professional development whilst promoting talent engagement on board.
