Iris is President at Döhle Seafront Crewing (Manila), Inc. Peter Döhle Group is one of the leading providers of shipping services worldwide. Founded in 1956 in Hamburg, the family-owned company operates a modern fleet of around 500 container vessels, multi-purpose vessels and bulk carriers. Beside the core competences of chartering and sale & purchase of ships Peter Döhle-Group offers a wide variety of further services in financial, commercial, and technical support to insurance services and crew management, full agency services, bunker services, as well as development of shipping software. Peter Döhle acts as exclusive chartering broker for a fleet of 500 container ships, bulk and multi-purpose vessels. The company owns around 100 vessels and about further 100 units are part-owned by the group. Iris has also held these positions:

• Chairman, Maritime Law Association of the Philippines (MARLAW). MARLAW is the national maritime association of the Philippines and is a member of the Comite Maritime International.
• Head, Sub-committee on Philippine Maritime Affairs,Maritime Committee, German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce, Inc.
