Regional Director, Middle East and South Asia at The Mission to Seafarers

Andy has been leading the work of The Mission to Seafarers across the Middle East for the last three years. Prior to this he was the Executive Director for the International Development work of the global Anglican Communion and the Archbishop of Canterbury. He is a qualified psychologist, social worker and counselor. Over the last 15 years he has also offered welfare support to elite professional sports men within the English Premier League and many children and young adults in the care system. He has an MA in welfare and his doctoral studies are exploring the role of chaplaincy in responding to global injustice.
