Stefan Francke(1967) works as the “dredging pastor” for the Stichting Pastoraat Werkers Overzee (Foundation providing Pastoral Care to Workers in Dredging, Offshore and Marine Construction). He conducts seminars and trainings in “21th century skills for seafarers” at different maritime schools in The Netherlands and The Philippines. He studied theology, philosophy and cultural psychology in Kampen, Amsterdam, Heerlen (The Netherlands) and Toronto (Canada).
