Carol MacKenzie has led global crisis management and business continuity for over 25 years for the world's biggest travel companies, with expertise in mass fatality terrorist attacks, natural disasters, transport accidents and geopolitical instability.
In the past few years her focus has moved to business resilience and data breach/loss capabilities and the required risk mitigation initiatives. New technology including communication and geo location of customers and assets has been a key success, in addition to the use of AI to support our technology driven monitoring and reporting.
Prior to this Carol worked in the airline industry in various ground services roles in addition to the implementation of new check in and aircraft dispatch technology projects.
