Carol MacKenzie has led global crisis management and business continuity for over 25 years for the worlds biggest travel companies. With expertise gained in mass fatality terrorist attacks, natural disasters, transport accidents and geo politcal instability. In the past few years focus has moved to business resilience and data breach/loss capabilities and the required risk mitigation initiatives. New technology including communication and geo location of customers and assets has been a key success, in addittion to the use of AI to support our technology driven monitoring and reporting. Prior to this Carol worked in the airline industry in various ground services roles in addiition to the implementation of new check in and aircraft dispatch technology projects.
