Based in London, Dale provides crisis management and response services to clients across the UK and Europe. With over 20 years of international experience, he supports organizations in strengthening resilience and managing complex security challenges.

He has held embedded security roles with global clients, including as Asia Regional Security Director for a leading technology company in Singapore, and continues to mentor consultants across the region.

A former British Army officer, Dale served in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Europe, leading operations and training programs. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Surveying, a Postgraduate Diploma in Security Risk Management, an MBA, and the IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
