Thomas joined Charity Bank in October 2020 and has over 15 years’ experience in bank risk management, having worked previously at Metro Bank and Lloyds Banking Group.

At Charity Bank he leads up the second line of defence with responsibility for compliance, anti-money laundering, data protection, prudential and operational risks. He has also worked in consulting, at EY’s financial services risk practice.
