A UK solicitor with over 12 years’ experience in UK and the Middle East, and with over 20 years of commercial experience, Akeela specialises in advising international businesses and investors on a broad range of corporate commercial matters. Her team of highly experienced qualified corporate services professionals specialise in employee savings/pensions and end of service solutions, governance risk and compliance consulting and outsourcing, company formation, licensing, structuring, company secretariat and corporate administration and bespoke business enabling solutions.
