Ali is a Director based in Fragomen’s Dubai office. He specialises in providing corporate immigration advice for the wider Middle East and Africa region. Ali assists large multinational clients with the full range of immigration matters and delivers strategic immigration guidance in relation to mergers, acquisitions and re-branding initiatives.

Ali also provides dedicated compliance support including immigration audits, health checks and general compliance advice. As part of this, he delivers training on technical Saudi and UAE immigration matters, including talks on the Nitaqat framework governing Saudisation, various ministry portals, quotas and block visas, and other compliance considerations.

Previously, Ali was part of a multinational consulting firm where he led the Middle East immigration practice. Ali also held prior roles at Fragomen, including working as part of Fragomen’s Global Knowledge group and the Middle East Coordination team.
