Hanoof is currently a co-founder and the Managing Partner of the Business Family House (BFH), a boutique family business advisory firm. She is also a Visiting Researcher at the American University of Sharjah. Before founding BFH, Hanoof have worked with Peter May Family Business Consulting in Germany, and Banyan Global Family Business Advisors in the USA, where she co-delivered advisory work to family businesses in Saudi. She also supported KPMG and the National Centre for Family Businesses (NCFB) achieve their objectives in relation to the field of family businesses. Prior to that, Hanoof have also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Line of Business, where she co-delivered many business transformation projects with private and public-sector clients. Hanoof earned her PhD in Management from King’s College London, with her research focusing on family businesses in Saudi. She also holds an MBA from Aston University, UK.
