Profile

Andrea serves as Global Lead L&C for asset management and funds (hedge funds and VC) at Laser Digital (Nomura Group), including structuring and distribution activities.

Andrea joined Laser from Sygnum Bank where he dealt with international expansion projects and “change the Bank” initiatives. Before joining Laser and Sygnum, Andrea served as Head of Legal and Regulatory affairs at Amagis Capital, an asset management firm operating in the UK and EU. Andrea advised several international players in the design and implementation of their regulatory set-up, internal controls and compliance structure, but also in the development of in-house RegTech and FinTech solutions and licensing across multiple jurisdictions, both in the EU and offshore.
