Prior to joining Shift4, he held senior positions at Citi and Local, and hails from a strong background in strategic business development, identifying commercial opportunities encompassing fintech, trade and treasury solutions. Or is responsible for growing Shift4's business with partners and merchants in the UK and Ireland.

His objective is to assist Shift4 merchants to streamline their transactions globally, through brilliantly simple payments that maximise revenues through advanced payments technology and frictionless purchasing across multiple channels.

Or holds a Bsc in Economics and International Business Management, and an Executive MBA from the London Business School with a focus on startups, strategy, and innovation. His passion is in bringing people together through technology, customer centric strategies, and innovative solutions to accelerate growth.
