Adam Sharp is an accomplished real estate executive with deep expertise in data center development, market strategy, and hyperscale site acquisition across North America. As Director of Data Center Development at Yondr Group, he leads market strategy, site selection, due diligence, and entitlements for the company’s Americas portfolio. Adam oversees a regional team driving Yondr’s development pipeline, including hyperscale campus projects in Northern Virginia, Chicago, Dallas, and Toronto.

Before joining Yondr, he was a Real Estate Transaction Manager at Amazon Web Services, where he led multi-market acquisitions and managed the global data center portfolio. Earlier in his career, Adam held roles at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, advising Fortune 500 and cloud clients on market entry, total cost of ownership, and development feasibility across key digital infrastructure hubs.
