Shipping Information:
- Packages can begin arriving four days out from the conference start date. Any materials arriving before this will incur a double-handling and storage fee.
- The Grand Hyatt charges a package handling fee for all packages received. For guests staying at the hotel, this fee is charged directly to your guest folio. If you are not a registered guest, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided when you complete the attached form.
- Packages cannot be handled or released until payment has been received in full.
- Please see the attached for package handling fees and instructions on how to pay for your boxes.
- If you are hand carrying your boxes, you must utilize the loading dock to access the meeting space. Please find directions to the loading dock attached.
- You will need to provide your own pre-printed shipping labels for outbound shipments. The hotel team will assist by bringing the labeled packages to the loading dock for carrier pickup.
- Outside food and beverages cannot be distributed at your booth.
Set-up and Tear-down Times
Exhibitor Setup: Thursday, October 15th from 7:15am-8:00am
Exhibitor Teardown: Thursday, October 15th after the Networking Reception (6:15pm)

Pass Registration
To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from Hayley.neumann@imn.org. If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Hayley to have this shared with you.
FIRM PASSES are for members of your company. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.
CLIENT PASSES limited to data center owner/operators and equity investors. Merchant builders are not eligible. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
