Craig co-founded Cloud Centers in 2021. He is a Managing Partner and a member of the investment committee. He brings over 30 years of deep expertise in the data center, real estate and technology space to lead the development of powered land sites and project management for enterprise and hyperscale clients. As a principal of Cloud Centers and prior to founding the firm, he oversaw the pre-development and delivery of 15 data center projects in multiple US markets on behalf of DataBank, Vantage Data Centers, and Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR). These facilities provided over 2.2M SF and 290 MW of data center capacity, and included enterprise scale, campus, powered shell, build-to-suit, HPC, tenant builds and power delivery projects. His previous work with JLL and the Staubach Company focused on delivering 4.0M SF of transactional and project management real estate services for technology clients. As a developer, Craig delivered 5.0M SF of high rise, hotel, retail and corporate build-to-suit projects, along with 1,600 acres of land development. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MSE in Energy Resource Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BME in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
