Curt Owen is a Senior Vice President at Affinius Capital on the firm’s data center development team. He is responsible for executing the firm's ground-up data center development initiatives across the United States and select European markets. His role spans the full lifecycle of these investments, including site sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, land acquisition, debt financing, construction execution, and disposition. Curt holds a BBA in Economics and a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning. Curt is a CFA Charterholder.
