Jon co-founded Cloud Centers in 2021. He is a Managing Partner and a member of the investment committee. He brings over 25 years of deep expertise in the data center and real estate space to lead wholesale and retail business development, transaction management, channel penetration, and risk management. Jon manages the firm’s Digital Infrastructure Fund. Prior to joining the firm, he was a founding executive of Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR), a leading provider of data centers and internet peering points. Jon was a key contributor to the pre-IPO DLR team that assembled the initial 22-property portfolio valued at $1.2B that formed the REIT platform. While at DLR, he specialized in securing new opportunities which integrated wholesale and colocation tenants into its portfolio. Jon developed new data centers and advanced the acquisition of properties in US, EMEA and APAC markets. He also managed third party sales. Prior to joining DLR, Jon worked with the digital investment team at GI Partners. He holds BAs in Economics and German from the University of Colorado.
