Josh Price is a Director on Capstone’s Energy & Industrials team. Capstone is a global consulting firm that helps corporations and investors forecast policy-related risk and opportunities.

At Capstone, Josh advises clients on federal and state policy issues and market dynamics involving utilities, power markets, data centers, and oil & gas infrastructure development. He oversees a team of analysts helping private equity, private infrastructure, and corporate clients navigate the evolving federal and state policy landscape. Josh has also led the due diligence process on several landmark transactions in the electric utility, renewable energy, and midstream sectors.

Prior to joining Capstone, Josh worked as a research analyst covering energy for institutional investor clients at Height Capital Markets, a boutique investment bank in Washington, DC. Previously, he was a consultant at Hamilton Place Strategies (now Penta Group), a DC-based public affairs and management consulting firm, where he worked with leading energy companies.

Josh received a B.A. in political science from Haverford College.
